What services do you provide?
We offer personal care and home support, senior care, companionship, respite care, support worker services, child and family support, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and other customized non-emergency home support.
How do I request care?
Use the Request Care page or call 604-307-3391. We can discuss your location, schedule and the type of support you are looking for.
Do you provide medical or emergency services?
The website describes home support services. For emergencies, contact emergency services. Specific clinical or regulated services should only be represented when appropriately arranged and qualified.
Do you offer housekeeping?
Light housekeeping and home help can be included as part of in-home support. We do not advertise commercial cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Other BC communities may be considered subject to caregiver availability.
Can family caregivers request respite support?
Yes. Respite support can give family caregivers time for work, appointments, rest or other responsibilities.
How quickly can care begin?
Timing depends on the type of support, location, schedule and caregiver availability. Contact us so we can discuss your specific needs.
